  • What do I need to run Telegram Connector?

    You will need the following hardware and software to use Telegram Connector.

    • A laptop or desktop computer running Windows
    • Winrar to unzip the software
    • Internet connection
    • You will need to leave your computer and Telegram Connector running constantly. Alternatively, you can install the software on a VPS. We recommend using a VPS provider that works perfectly with our software. PLEASE NOTE: Most other VPS services will work with Telegram Connector. But should your VPS not work, we will not issue a refund.
    • An MT4 or MT5 account with a broker
    • Culture settings set to English US. We have a guide on how to set this manually.
    • A Telegram signal provider.

  • Can I get a new MetaTrader account?

    Yes. Simply add your new MetaTrader account to your license in the connector.

  • What Is Telegram Connector?

    Telegram Connector is a Telegram to MT4/MT5 trade copier that allows you to connect the Telegram group or channel you receive trading signals from to your account on MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5. Our solution removes the need to manually execute trades and copies trades posted by your signal provider in your Telegram group.

  • Do you offer a free trial period?

    Telegram Connector does not offer free trials.

  • How do I change, edit or cancel my subscription?

    After signing up, you can access the customer portal to edit, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

  • Which broker can I use?

    You can use any broker, provided they support MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 as a trading platform option.

  • What signal formats does Telegram Connector support?

    Telegram Connector supports text-based signal formats. We currently do not support image signals. If there is any signal format the software does not recognize, then write to us, and we will add it as soon as possible.

  • Does Telegram Connector guarantee profits?
